Abstract: 

Identifying the constraining factors of PRODUCTION and yield gap is very important. Therefore; this research was performed to identify the PRODUCTION constraining factors of local rice cultivars. All management practices from nursery preparation to harvesting stages for 100 paddy fields of local rice cultivars were recorded through field studies, in Sari, from 2015-2016. In the CPA, the actual and calculated potential yield were 4495 and 5703 kg/ha, respectively and the gap was 1221 kg/ha. The yield gap caused by number of top-dressing variables was 324 kg/ha, equal to 27% of the total yield gap. The yield gap related to previous year of legumes cultivation was 218 kg ha-1, equal to 18% of the total yield variation. Among the 10 variables entered in the CPA model, the effects of top-dress fertilizer application and its application frequency and foliar application were remarkable, which could compensate a significant part of the yield gap (444 kg/ha, 37% of total) in the farmers’ fields by managing these variables. According to boundary line analysis (BLA) finding, actual yield mean on the basis of optimal limit related to 12 variables under study was 5369 kg/ha, with 881 kg/ha yield gap . Mean relative yield and relative yield gap for 12 variables (transplanting date, seedling age, number of seedlings per hill, planting density, nitrogen and phosphorous per hectare, nitrogen before transplanting, harvesting date, lodging problem, pest problem, diseases problem and weeds problem) were 83.64 and 16.35 kg/ha, respectively. Based on the finding, it can be stated that the model precision is appropriate and can be applied for both estimation of the quantity of yield gap and determining the portion of each restricting yield variables.

Abstract: 

In this paper, a novel risk-based, two-objective (technical and economical) optimal reactive POWER dispatch method in a wind-integrated POWER system is proposed which is more consistent with operational criteria.  The technical objective includes the minimization of the new voltage instability risk index. The economical objective includes cost minimization of reactive POWER generation and active POWER loss. The proposed voltage instability risk employs a hybrid possibilistic (Delphi-Fuzzy)-probabilistic approach that takes into consideration the operator’s experience, the wind speed and demand forecast uncertainties when quantifying the risk index. The decision variables are the reactive POWER resources of the system. To solve the problem, the modified multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm with sine and cosine acceleration coefficients is utilized. The method is implemented on the modified IEEE 30-bus system. The proposed method is compared with those in the previously published literature, and the results confirm that the proposed risk index is better at estimating the voltage instability risk of the system, especially in cases with severe impact and low probability. In addition, according to the simulation results compared to typical security-based planning, the proposed risk-based planning may increase the security and economy of the system due to better utilization of system resources.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this article is to optimize the POWER supply subsystem of the satellite based on mass and POWER PRODUCTION. For this purpose, the satellite orbit is to determine the time of placement in the shadow in Satellite Tool kit (STK) software, and the design of the satellite energy supply subsystem of existing analytical equations are done, and these main design parameters have been optimized to achieve the minimum weight of system. Then, the beginning of the target satellite, the Orsted satellite, the orbital and mission operational modes of this satellite has been compiled and the statistical information of its POWER supply subsystem has also been determined. Then, the design of the POWER supply sub-system is based on the parametric analysis and processing of statistical information and also based on the simulation and orbital analysis of the satellite. Finally, in order to model the design problem, the objective functions of design and optimization, the weight of the POWER supply subsystem has been considered, and the main design parameters affecting the objective function are capacity, depth of discharge, efficiency and density of the battery and the area of ​​the arrays. It is worth mentioning that the type of battery itself is also very effective on the objective function, but considering the type of satellite battery considered (nickel-cadmium), the variable battery type is not considered. Finally, this problem has been optimized using genetic algorithm. The obtained results show the accuracy of the method and implementation compared to the values ​​of the existing satellite POWER supply subsystem.

Abstract: 

In this paper, a new method for extending and relaxing the noise-coupling (NC) technique is proposed to enhance the noise-shaping order without adding the number of integrators. The noise-shaping order of the introduced ∑∆ modulator whit applying a second-order noise-coupling technique is enhanced and its performance with optimizing the noise transfer function (NTF) zeros is improved. Also, by removing the analog adder at feedforward path and transferring it to a new feedback branch before the last integrator and adding second-order NC path can be decreased the input voltage swing to the quantizer. Thus, by improving the modulator resolution, POWER consumption can be reduced. Mathematical analyses and behavioural simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the new NC method. To examine its performance, a 2nd-order single loop ΣΔ modulator was designed. The new noise-coupling method is used to achieve the three-order noise shaping to increase the resolution with low complexity and low-POWER. The results show an outstanding improvement in signal-to-noise and distortion ratio (SNDR) compared to the conventional structure.

Abstract: 

The lack of Quranic approaches in the PRODUCTION of Quran-based humanities is still felt, despite the predominance of the philosophical approach in critical approaches to modern humanities, which has become very common in the Islamic world and in Iran for several decades. It seems that the capacity of the method of thematic exegesis (al-Tafsīr al-mawdū'ī, Arabic: التفسیر الموضوعیّ) in this regard, can be used to bring the Holy Quran into the field of humanities. Thematic exegesis, according to whether its subject is inside or outside the Qur'an, has several functions in criticizing the structure of modern knowledge and scientific research, as well as the PRODUCTION of Islamic humanities. It is possible to make use of thematic exegesis of the inside of the Holy Book of Quran in order to “fundamental criticism” of the general fundamentals of humanities -the fundamentals of epistemology, axiology, ontology and anthropology- and it is also possible to use thematic exegesis for constructing and producing foundation of humanities obtained from the Holy Quran. It is used by thematic interpretation exegesis of the outside of the Holy Book of Quran -such as Shahīd (martyr) Sadr’s interrogational approach- to answer the problems of humanities and this process faces challenges such as the complexity and multiplicity of the “subject” of the humanities that exist in modern terminology of this field. It can be used in order to solve this issue in some cases to know the process of the change of the components of the modern of the conceptual history’s approach and also by analyzing the issue into several components can be shown that the components are not necessarily a product of the modern era and can be followed up in the Holy Quran and can be found up in the Holy Quran. The perspective of the Holy Quran, after that, regarding the modern subject in the desired field by the “combining” of the results obtained based on the thematic interpretation.

Abstract: 

In the science of international relations, some theories consider material elements and some normative-value elements to have priority in POWER building. Based on this assumption, the aim of this study is to identify the pattern of POWER PRODUCTION in Ferdowsi's Shahnameh as one of the most important platforms for Iranian identity formation. Using a Directed qualitative content analysis, two questions are posed: 1) How are the elements and patterns of international relations formulated in Shahnameh? 2) What are the guiding elements (material and immaterial) for Iran's POWER PRODUCTION vis-à-vis others and how are they applied in Shahnameh?. The authors selected constructivism as a theoretical framework to investigate these questions. The results of the study show that there are both normative and material models of international relations in the Shahnameh and The PRODUCTION of POWER by the Iranian actor to another behavior and it depends on how Iran perceives their identity. Abstract: 

The editorial by Rycroft-Malone and colleagues highlights the fact that despite considerable efforts, knowledge translation and implementation sciences fail to have the desired impact on practice, policy and service delivery. As integrated knowledge translation and co-PRODUCTION/co-design academics, we resonated with several themes relevant to our own work. First, that co-PRODUCTION amplified opportunity for evidence to be translated into practice. Second, while not a new concept, the notion of partnership approaches needs to pay greater attention to sharing POWER in a way that ensures decolonsing approaches are embedded with humility and trust. Third, the micro, meso, and macro levels are contributing to the knowledge translation landscape. Our commentary enhances the discussion of decolonising research, of thinking about the impacts of research and indeed, “reimagining” what future impacts may look like. Further, we suggest the neo-liberally positioned academia needs to include other knowledge/livedexperience service users and recognise true, equitable and nurtured collaboration.

Abstract: 

IN THIS RESEARCH, BIODIESEL PRODUCTION FROM THE WASTE FAT OF COW (AS OIL RAW MATERIAL) WAS INVESTIGATED. OIL WAS EXTRACTED FROM THE WASTE PARTS OF COW FATS BY HEATING IN AUTOCLAVE WITH ADDITION OF 15% WATER AT 100OC. AFTER THE PURIFICATION OF OILS FROM WATER AND SEDIMENTS, THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE OIL SUCH AS OIL KINEMATIC AND DYNAMIC VISCOSITY, DENSITY, AMOUNT OF FREE FATTY ACIDS AND ACID VALUE OF THE OIL WERE DETERMINED AS 40.176 (MP.S), 44.928 (MM2/S), 0.8942 (G/CM2), 1.935% AND 0.25 (MG), RESPECTIVELY. BIODIESEL OF COW OIL WAS OBTAINED UNDER THE OPERATING CONDITIONS FOR ULTRASONIC AMPLITUDE OF 60% AND 9 MIN AT 45 0C, METHANOL RATIO OF 6 TO 1 AND 1% POTASSIUM HYDROXIDE AS CATALYST. PROFILE OF THE PRODUCED METHYL ESTERS WAS MEASURED BY GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY (GC) AND BF3 METHOD. THE RESULTS SHOW THAT C18: 1 AND C16: 0 WITH 29.14% AND 25.29% HAVE THE MOST RATIO IN PROFILE OF FATTY ACIDS METHYL ESTERS. MOREOVER, THE QUALITY OF BIODIESEL WAS MEASURED ACCORDING TO THE EN 14124 STANDARD.
